What impact will you make?

Als Functioneel Consultant ServiceNow HR werk je voor een breed scala aan bedrijven, van multinationals tot overheidsinstellingen. Je werkt binnen een multidisciplinair, vaak internationaal team aan gediversifieerde projecten, waarbij je je richt op het adviseren en implementeren van ServiceNow voor diverse opdrachtgevers en projecten. Help de klanten van Deloitte bij het transformeren van hun HR-functie door middel van het digitaliseren van hun HR-omgeving, met ServiceNow als een uitstekend engagementplatform om deze verandering te realiseren.

How do you do this?

het raadplegen, configureren en vertalen van bedrijfsvereisten naar gebruikersverhalen voor een duurzame implementatie van ServiceNow HR Service Delivery; ondersteuning van organisatorische veranderingen en ondersteuning bij het maken van functionele oplossingsontwerpen voor ServiceNow HR / IT; het definiëren, analyseren en / of implementeren van bedrijfsprocessen, configureren van ServiceNow HRSD en begeleiden van de eindresultaten van de Go-Live; bijdragen aan de zakelijke ontwikkeling van klanten en accounts; advies geven over nieuwe innovatieve ideeën, releases en hoe deze te gebruiken, zoals HR Performance & Analytics, HR Big Data, HR Employee Center, HR Virtual Agent en Shared Service Center-technologie; het uitvoeren van kwaliteitsborging op ServiceNow HRSD en het geven van advies over HR IT-strategieën, hun ontwerp, en om deze strategieën te creëren en te verbeteren.

Een goede mobiliteitsregeling: de keuze uit verschillende opties zoals een leaseauto, reizen met het OV, een cash budget of een combinatie daarvan. Een laptop en iPhone. De iPhone mag je ook privé gebruiken. Een tijd-voor-tijdregeling. Gebruik de tijd die je op het ene moment meer maakt op momenten die er voor jou toe doen. Een pensioenregeling waarbij je eigen bijdrage slechts 2% is. Voor later. Mogelijkheid om deel te nemen aan de collectieve zorgkostenregeling. Fiscaal voordelige zaken. Denk aan bedrijfsfitness, het aanschaffen van een fiets tegen bruto salaris of de mogelijkheid om een fiets te leasen. De mogelijkheid om gebruik te maken van 55 uur oppasdienst per kalenderjaar, als jouw kind 12 jaar of jonger is. Een maandelijks budget waarmee je keuzes kunt maken in flexibele arbeidsvoorwaarden zoals extra vakantiedagen of het financieren van een fietsplan. Zes weken volledig betaald geboorteverlof voor traditionele huishoudens en regenbooggezinnen.

Verder heb jij als Functional Consultant ServiceNow HR: een bachelor (BSc) of master (MSc) diploma op het gebied van HR, IT en / of busines; minimaal 2 jaar relevante technische en functionele ServiceNow HR ervaring, inclusief certificering in ServiceNow HR Implementation en ITSM; ervaring met het oplossen en leveren van complexe ServiceNow HR- en / of IT-implementaties en naar andere HCM Cloud-systemen zoals Workday, SF, Oracle etc .; ervaring met HR Service Delivery processen, agile methodieken (Agile) is een pluspunt; een scherpe, commerciële instelling en het vermogen om theoretische concepten te vertalen naar praktische, klantgerichte uitkomsten.

Jouw expertise deel je met zo'n 60 andere collega's in het HR Transformation-team dat onderdeel is van Deloitte Consulting. Ons team werkt samen met HR en business leaders om de bedrijfsresultaten te verbeteren. Dit omvat onder andere het transformeren van HR-activiteiten en payroll met toonaangevende HR-cloudtechnologieën (Workday HR, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HR) en andere analytische en mobiele oplossingen die HR dienstverlening verbeteren, innovatie mogelijk maken en de ervaring van medewerkers en klanten nieuw leven inblazen.Binnen deze afdeling vinden we het belangrijk om jezelf continu te ontwikkelen.
