Are you a Product Designer with a passion for Branding, Usability and Customer Experience? Are you a Figma wizard, with experience in setting-up and managing an extensive Enterprise Design Systems? Are you one of those rare people who could spend hours having nerdy design discussions about design tokens, colors, typography, spacing and grids? Then you could be the perfect match for this role

As our Senior Product Designer, you will join a design team within a company with new and exciting branding, recently translated into a new Enterprise Design System that will need to be promoted and managed to make it a long-term success.

You will train and coach new designers and front-end developers (internal and external) that start working with the Design System, and you will manage the governance and change process of the Design System.

Your key responsibilities:

As our passionate Product Designer, you will come with expertise in Figma and Enterprise Design Systems, eager to join a new design team in an innovative company. You will promote and manage our brand-new Enterprise Design System, training and coaching designers and developers, and managing the governance and change processes.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Developing and maintaining our Enterprise Design System: Ensuring consistency across all our digital touchpoints. This includes defining Design principles, creating Design guidelines, and establishing Design patterns. Managing changes and new requests: Responsible for managing day-to-day changes to the Design System and handling new requests. Assessing the impact of changes on existing designs and ensuring that new requests align with the overall Design strategy. Driving adoption of the Design System across all teams. Providing training and support to teams, evangelizing the benefits of the Design System, and ensuring that teams are using the Design System correctly. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managers, front-end developers, and other designers to ensure the Design System is meeting the needs of all stakeholders. Maintaining Design quality: You will be responsible for ensuring that all designs created using the Design System meet high-quality standards. You will conduct Design reviews, providing feedback to designers, and ensuring that the Design System is being used correctly. You will be responsible for Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices in Design Systems. Attending conferences, reading industry publications and networking with other Design System managers.

You bring:

A Bachelor’s degree in design or a related field. 5+ years of experience as a product designer. Strong proficiency in Figma. Experience in managing a Design System and driving adoption. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
