Reach your full potential as Senior Brand Manager
You’re leading a team of Brand Specialists in a collaborative environment where innovative ideas and shared objectives drive success. Your canvas extends beyond traditional marketing as you craft and execute omnichannel brand activation strategies, elevating brand exposure and making a substantial impact.
As a Senior Brand Manager you:
Identify areas for growth and leverage data analytics to refine marketing strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams like Sales, Purchase, Digital, E-Commerce and Corporate Communication to align omnichannel strategies with business objectives. Provide guidance and training to Brand Specialists, keep team members motivated, and cultivate strong professional relationships with key stakeholders.

You are self-reliant with an entrepreneurial mindset and have the ability to not only decipher data, but also drive strategic decisions based on the data. You are result-oriented and have a laser focus on achieving targets. With your communication, interpersonal skills and organizational abilities, you have the ability to work in a fast-paced multinational environment with cross functional and cross-country stakeholders.
You:
Have a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related field Have at least 5 years of experience in brand development, trade marketing, or communication, preferably in FMCG or Global DutyFree and Travel Retail. Have demonstrated experience in effectively leading and managing teams to achieve organizational marketing goals. Have a strong and proven track record of project management in a fast-paced environment to secure timely delivery of commitments.
