We are looking for a motivated and creative internal communication intern to join our team in North Europe region of Prysmian Group and support our internal communication efforts. You will work closely with the marketing and HR teams and other departments to create engaging and informative content for our employees, such as newsletters, articles, presentations, reports, and events.
Your daily duties will include, and You will be responsible on the following:
Assist with the development and implementation of internal communication strategies and campaigns Write, edit, and proofread internal communication materials, such as news and feature articles, memos, announcements, etc. Conduct research and interviews to gather relevant information and stories from different sources Use various communication tools and platforms, such as SharePoint, Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, etc. to create and distribute content Collaborate with different departments and stakeholders to ensure consistent and aligned messaging across the organization Monitor and measure the effectiveness of internal communication activities and provide feedback and suggestions for improvement Support the organization and coordination of internal events, such as town halls, team building, recognition programs, etc. Develop and implement Employer branding strategy internally / externally Develop social media communication strategyWho are we looking for?
We are looking for a candidate, who has:
Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and PowerPoint and in digital skills Knowledge of internal communication best practices and trends Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and positive attitude Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment Interest and passion for our company's mission and valuesYour application data will be treated according to our Data Protection Policy.
