As a Sales Coordinator, you play an essential role within our team. You support the purchasing department in optimizing the order flow, ensuring that all orders arrive on time. Additionally, you are responsible for processing sales orders and maintaining regular contact with our customers. Together with the finance department, you ensure a flawless handling of return items. With your strong communication skills and ability to quickly adapt, you manage all these tasks successfully. This role offers you the chance to gain broad experience and grow professionally.

You coordinate with various departments to streamline the order flow. You answer questions about purchase orders, processes, and logistics. You implement process improvements to increase efficiency. You enter purchase and sales orders into our ERP system. You manage the return flow and ensure smooth handling. You maintain contact with suppliers and customers. You make forecasts for warehouse activities to be optimally prepared.

You

Have at least MBO-level of work and intellectual ability Have approximately 1-2 years of experience in a similar role Have knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)  Have a good command of both spoken and written Dutch and English You are available for a minimum of 32 hours per week
