Job Description

A Taste of what you will be doing:

  • Sourcing - Finding the best candidates using Job boards, LinkedIn, our database and referrals.
  • Screening - speaking to candidates (telephone and face to face) to match them to the right roles.
  • Shadowing - candidate and client meetings with senior colleagues 
  • Networking - building own relationships, candidates and clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Be fully involved in the recruitment lifecycle by sourcing talent through effective channels (remote job boards, recruitment agencies, personal outreach through LinkedIn, etc.) 
  • To engage and build relationships with internal stakeholders and candidates.
  • Ensure the staffing needs of the company are being met, with a long-term talent strategy in mind
  • To be fully responsible in the talent acquisition process, duties including but not limited to, screening of incoming CVs from different sources, setting up and attending recruitment meetings and interviews, updating the internal systems, advertising of available positions via all pre-defined mediums and liaising with external agencies.
  • Keep abreast with best practices in talent acquisition and propose continuous improvements to our processes
  • To push forward attraction and talent selection concepts.

Qualifications

  • Good English language proficiency is essential (both written and verbal) 
  • Knowledge of Swedish and/or Dutch language is a must
  • At least 2 years of experience working within a customer/client-facing role 
  • Excellent understanding and of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) 
  • Experience using social media and other techniques for recruitment and business development.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience or relevant degree in relation to the area of HR/TA would be an asset

 Organized and accurate – The main characteristic of the job is multitasking, and this skill will help you to succeed. 
 Fantastic communication skills – you will be involved in interviews and providing and collecting information from multiple internal and external sources.
 Positive mindset – as you know Evolution Malta grows rapidly and there is a lot of work and changes to be done, a positive attitude will be crucial to succeed in this role.
 Initiative – this role demands initiative, it is fast-paced, and there are a lot of things happening at once so be prepared for a fast journey
