WAT DE FUNCTIE INHOUDT?

Individueel verkoopadvies, meervoudige service en actief klantencontact
Implementatie van een servicegerichte en complete verkoopervaring incl. klantenbediening en de kassa op jouw verkoopafdeling
Verkooptaken en artikelpresentatie aan de hand van de visual merchandising guidelines
Bewerken van omnichannel services zoals bv.. click & collect bestellingen, klantenreserveringen en (online)-retouren
Deelname aan verkoopbevorderende maatregelen
Medewerking aan de jaarlijkse inventarisatie

WAT WIJ ZOEKEN?

Ervaring in verkoop en service eventueel met een afgesloten beroepsopleiding
Je bent een enthousiaste teamplayer en jouw optimisme werkt aanstekelijk
Jouw servicegerichte instelling en open, positieve uitstraling zorgen ervoor dat elke klant zich thuis voelt
Je hebt goede communicatieve en sociale vaardigheden
Natuurlijk ken je de laatste modetrends, waarmee je klanten graag inspireert
En heb je (verkoop)ervaring in een servicegerichte omgeving dan heb je absoluut een streepje voor
