In deze rol werk je samen met specialisten om risico's te identificeren en te beheersen. Je beweegt cross-functioneel binnen de organisatie, van finance en HR tot juridische zaken, data en IT.   • je biedt ondersteuning in processen met betrekking tot risicomanagement, internal control en internal audit waarbij het doel is om onafhankelijke, objectieve assurance, advies en inzichten te bieden die zijn bedoeld om waarde toe te voegen en de interne beheersing van HEMA te verbeteren.
  • je stelt vast hoe risico’s worden gemanaged door te kijken naar processen, werkwijzes, gedrag en risisobewustzijn.
  • in geval van ongewenste risico’s identificeer je samen met collega’s de root cause(s) en de te nemen stappen.
  • je geeft gevraagd en ongevraagd advies en kijkt samen met de business wat er verbeterd kan worden en helpt ook mee om samen dingen te fiksen.
  • je focust je op kennisoverdracht door het verzamelen en delen van good practices en lessons learnt.

    • een salaris van € 4.800 tot € 5.800 bruto op basis van 40 uur werken per week.
    • natuurlijk vakantiegeld van 8%, maar mogelijk ook een jaarlijkse variabele beloning van maximaal 14% afhankelijk van de bedrijfsdoelstellingen en – resultaten.
    • een vaste eindejaarsuitkering van 4%.
    • een netto maandelijkse onkostenvergoeding van €65
    • 15% korting bij HEMA, korting op HEMA-verzekeringen (behalve zorgverzekering) en een goede pensioenregeling.
    • reiskostenvergoeding van 0,21 ct per km vanaf 10km met een maximum van 30km.
    • 30 vakantiedagen op basis van 40 uur per week.

      • een afgeronde WO-opleiding in bedrijfskunde, financiële of een economische richting.
      • een RO, RA, RE, RC of dergelijke opleiding inclusief aantoonbare AO/IC kennis is een pre.
      • minimaal 4 jaar relevante werkervaring binnen het risk domein, bijvoorbeeld bij een groot accountantskantoor of soortgelijke organisatie.
      • analytisch en probleemoplossende kwaliteiten gecombineerd met een natuurlijke drive om issues samen op te lossen.
      • goede social skills en communicatieve vaardigheden waarbij je in staat bent complexe zaken te vertalen naar Jip-en-Janneke-taal en zo praktisch uit te leggen.
      • uitstekende kennis van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
