Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Senior Internal Audit Data Analytics Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our audit function, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing data analytics initiatives to support our third line of defense (internal controls and risk management). Your expertise will help us identify and mitigate risks, ensuring the integrity of our operations and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and update our data analytics strategy and roadmap to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with the Audit Manager Data Analytics to achieve objectives outlined in the roadmap, focusing on efficiency, quality, value, and momentum in data analytics efforts.
- Design, develop, and execute data analytics initiatives for Ayvens Group's third line of defense, including internal controls and risk management.
- Manage tooling and source code related to developed data analytics programs and queries.
- Provide expert guidance on interpreting analytics results and collaborate with auditors and subject matter experts to identify and develop analytic solutions.
- University degree in data/computer science, management information systems, economics, econometrics, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of data analytics experience, preferably in audit or risk-related roles.
- Proficiency in analytical tools such as SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI, and Spotfire.
- Good understanding of the end-to-end audit process, including risk-based approaches. Audit-related certifications such as CPA, CIA, CISA are a plus.
- Strong communication skills to convey complex findings to stakeholders. Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to travel for business, with a maximum of 20% annual travel time.
