Wat ga je doen?

Je gaat aan de slag als customer support bij de Saxo bank in Amsterdam op de Zuidas. Je komt terecht in een jong en ambitieus team die alles weten over financiën. In jouw rol zorg je dat klanten met vragen zo goed mogelijk geholpen worden. Dit doe je voornamelijk telefonisch. Je duikt dieper in de materie en zorgt dat de klant tevreden en zonder vragen weer ophangt. Je helpt mensen voornamelijk met vragen over het investeringsplatform en andere producten die ze aanbieden. 

Jij hebt interesse in financiële markten, zodat je alle ins en outs kunt vertellen over het investeringsplatform. Je houdt ervan om dingen uit te zoeken en mensen te helpen. Daarnaast heb je een afgeronde hbo-opleiding en bent per januari beschikbaar om te starten voor minimaal 32 uur per week.

Wat wij bieden

  • Een bruto maandsalaris tussen de €2.700,- en €2.900,- afhankelijk van jouw ervaring;
  • Je krijgt direct een contract bij Saxo bank;
  • Werken bij een jong, ambitieus bedrijf, met veel doorgroeimogelijkheden.

Wat wij vragen:
  • Minimaal een hbo-diploma;
  • Je hebt affiniteit met financiën en/of beleggen;
  • Je hebt relevante werkervaring met klantcontact;
  • Je spreekt en schrijft perfect Nederlands en Engels.
