We are looking for a co-operative Customer Service Support for full-time position, to strengthen our Sales and Customer Service team. As Customer Service Support, you'll play an important role in helping our business achieve its commercial objectives by supporting with general administrative tasks. You will also ensure that our customers have the best experience possible, no matter what channel they choose to contact us.

Main duties and responsibilities
- Multitask projects and priorities
- Onboarding new customers according to SOX requirements
- Supporting in digitalizing customers solutions
- Providing data for newsletters
- Support management in reporting

To be successful in the role you:

- Have strong attention to detail
- Have excellent organizational skills
- Are fluent in Dutch and English (speaking and writing)
- Are flexible and team player in a cross-cultural environment
- Have experience in customer facing role
