**Objectives of the role**:
To support our Customer Service team, we are looking for an experienced customer service coordinator to handle a full scope of responsibilities, including customer relations and sales operations for both B2B and B2C. You will receive training and support to excel in this role, ensuring outstanding customer service and operational excellence.
**Responsibilities**:
- Always provide excellent customer service.
- Create and maintain customer accounts and billing information.
- Resolve customer inquiries accurately and timely.
- Create and maintain customer orders, ensuring accuracy.
- Work closely with the Customer Service team and manager.
- Work closely with our Supply Chain and Logistics team.
- Coordinate with the logistics team and partners to ensure timely and accurate order shipments.
- Communicate clearly with multiple departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism with customers and work to establish a positive rapport in every contact.
- Report product issues.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policy changes.
- Impact the company results by solving problems and turning frustrated clients into repeat customers.
- Provide accurate troubleshooting on product-related issues.
- Help manage customer questions and reviews on multiple online platforms.
- Support the Customer Service team and manager.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Excellent spoken and written English skills.
- Minimum two years of experience in B2B or B2C customer service.
- Experience with big retailers (Amazon, Fnac, etc.) is a plus.
- Experience or knowledge in photography is a major plus.
- Ability to quickly understand and navigate order processing/ERP systems; knowledge of Microsoft Business Central is a major plus.
- Proactive approach with excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
- Previous experience in photo and/or consumer electronics support is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM/Ticketing systems; knowledge of Zendesk is a major plus.
- Experience with eCommerce systems such as Shopify.
- Strong understanding of Google Docs and/or MS Office is a major plus.
- Additional language skills in Dutch, French, German, or Spanish a plus
- This role is a 1 year fixed rolling contract with the possibility to extend_
