Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Customer Experience Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our reservations department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless communication with our guests and internal teams.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Processing corporate and private reservations via email and phone
  • Managing cancellations and modifications
  • Providing accurate and timely reservation details to the Front Desk
  • Assisting the Front Desk as needed
  • Implementing hotel policies and procedures
What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Fluency in English and German (additional languages are a plus)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of €28,000 - €35,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
