We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Designer to join our company. You would be a part of a growing Product Development team, working closely with product owners, developers and other members of the team. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Product Designer with an extraordinary Product and UX vision to help us maintain a user-centric approach in our product development flow.

The ideal candidate has user empathy, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficient in a fast-paced environment like ours. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our product has a great UX and will translate conceptual ideas and interaction flows into intuitive and functional designs.

Role and responsibilities:

Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to plan and execute product improvements

Implement a clear user flows to ensure high-quality solutions for complex design roadblocks

Create solid user flows, wireframes, and prototypes

Create clear documentation

Advocate for users, deeply understanding their goals and pains

Implement user research, mapping prototypes, testing them and then implementing the results

Collaborate with product management on product discovery

Deliver state-of-the-art user interface designs


We expect that you:

Have 5+ years of experience as a (Senior) Product Designer

Have working knowledge of one or more design tools (Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)

Be fluent in English

Have great communication skills and be able to present your decisions and work with various stakeholders (POs, engineers, other designers etc);

Be creative and curious, always up-to-date with trends, techniques, and tools

Are familiar HTML and CSS

Have experience working within agile teams 

Be able to work independently
