As a student assistant, you will support the Teaching and Learning Centre of the FMG. Your tasks will include:
Supporting and editing podcast recordings in our studio; Managing our schedule; Taking minutes at meetings; Keeping our WordPress site up to date; Helping organise events for faculty within the FMG; Analysing survey data from time to time. What do you have to offer A service-oriented attitude and the ability to think from the perspective of the teacher or student; No fear of new systems/platforms/tools and the ability to master them; Preferably experience with WordPress; Excellent communication skills in English and preferably in Dutch as well; Passion for education and supporting teachers; Attention to detail. You are Enrolled as a student for the coming academic year; Independent, resourceful, and proactive; Generally ‘tech-savvy’; Strong analytical skills; Possessing excellent social skills; Willing to work on-site. What do we offer youWe offer a part-time position for 16-20 hours per week (to be agreed upon) for a period of one year with a trial period of two months, preferably starting as soon as possible. Upon proven suitability, an extension or permanent contract is possible.
The salary ranges, depending on the study year, from a minimum of €2,715 to a maximum of €2,951 gross per month for a full-time appointment of 38 hours per week (according to scale SA, Cao Nederlandse Universiteiten).
