Wat ga je doen

Altijd al in een chocoladefabriek willen werken? Pak je kans Als senior procesoperator in de 5 ploegendienst ga je het productieproces aansturen van bekende chocoladeproducten. Je krijgt hier volop uitdaging en doorgroeimogelijkheden, uitgebreide training én goede voorwaarden.

Je gaat werken bij een trots familiebedrijf bekend van o.a. Mars, Twix en Snickers. Grote kans dat jij ze weleens gegeten hebt. Op de moderne productielocatie van Mars in Veghel ben je als Process Area Operator de spin in het web. Vanuit de controlekamer stuur je het hart van de fabriek aan met o.a. de voorfabriek, chocolademakerij en pindabakerij.

Je werkzaamheden zien er zo uit:

  • besturen en bewaken van cruciale processen vanuit de controlekamer
  • zorg dragen voor controles op product, proces en kwaliteit
  • aansturen (vaktechnisch) van procesoperators en sectie operators binnen de processen
  • analyseren en oplossen van de meest voorkomende storingen
  • administratief vastleggen van de shift en zorgen voor een goede overdracht

Wat wij vragen

Zie jij jezelf hier al werken? Mooi Om deze uitdagende rol van procesoperator bij Mars met succes te kunnen vervullen, breng je in ieder geval het volgend mee:
  • een afgeronde mbo-3/4 opleiding richting procestechniek zoals Vapro B, Vapro C of vergelijkbaar
  • enkele jaren ervaring als procesoperator, liefst in de voedingsmiddelenindustrie
  • samenwerken, oplossingsgericht denken en elke dag beter willen worden zijn kenmerken die jou typeren
Daarnaast herken je, je in de vijf principes van Mars: Kwaliteit, Verantwoordelijkheid, Wederkerigheid, Efficiëntie en Vrijheid.

Wat wij bieden

Als operator krijg je een baan vol afwisseling binnen een grote, stabiele organisatie. Ook krijg je o.a. het volgende:
  • een bruto maandsalaris tussen € 4.400,- en € 5. 100,- inclusief ploegentoeslag van 31,2%
  • een reiskostenvergoeding van € 0,23 per km met een maximum van 90 km per dag (€ 20,70 per dag)
  • vakantiegeld
  • de mogelijkheid om trainingen en opleidingen te volgen
  • extra's als korting op de zorgverzekering en een sportschoolabonnement

Waar ga je werken

Mars, de bekende producent van chocoladeproducten, is één van meest aansprekende bedrijven in de regio. Het bedrijf bestaat al meer dan 100 jaar. De kans is groot dat jij één of meerdere producten wel eens hebt gegeten of in de kast hebt liggen. In totaal werken er zo'n 1400 mensen binnen de organisatie. Je gaat werken in een 5-ploegendienst.
