Over de rol

Als Packaging Engineer speel je een cruciale rol in het optimaliseren van onze processen. Je takenpakket is breed en uitdagend. Je biedt technische ondersteuning bij de technologietransfer van verpakkingsmachines en assemblageprocessen, met oog voor veiligheid en naleving van alle richtlijnen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het beheren van wijzigingen aan componenten en apparatuur, en je voert impactstudies uit om te beoordelen wat de effecten van deze wijzigingen zijn. Je zoekt naar innovaties om de productiviteit te verhogen en je werkt nauw samen met andere teams om optimale processen te ontwikkelen. Je organiseert machinetests, evalueert nieuwe componenten, lost problemen op de productielijn op en ondersteunt bij de installatie en kwalificatie van nieuwe apparatuur.

Technical Operations is binnen de Haarlem site verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering van alle Capex Projecten. Capex Projecten kunnen bestaan uit het aanpassen van bestaande installaties als mede het ontwerpen, installeren en kwalificeren van complete verpakkingslijnen of unieke machines.

Primaire taken en verantwoordelijkheden

  • Verpakkings- en assemblageprocessen: ondersteun procesoverdracht naar productie op locatie, help bij het identificeren en beheersen van gevaren & procescontroles, én assisteer bij wijzigingen aan apparatuur/componenten.

  • Productiviteit Productie; ontwikkel creatieve productiviteitsconcepten en voer veranderingen door in verpakkingen, montage, apparatuur en processen. Werk samen met inkoop en supplier management om leveranciersprestaties te monitoren, technische beoordelingen uit te voeren en nieuwe leveranciers te introduceren.

  • Procesontwikkeling: ondersteun verpakkings-, assemblage-, engineering- en procesontwikkeling in alle levensfasen van producten. Je faciliteert workflows voor tekeningen van componenten, coördineert machineproeven en levert technische beoordelingen voor verpakkingen/apparatuur en wijzigingen.

  • Technische & wetenschappelijke ondersteuning: ondersteun verpakkings- en assemblagelijnen, los problemen op en bied technische support met wetenschappelijke onderbouwing. Schrijf en reviseer specificaties, ondersteun apparatuur, analyseer componentproblemen en draag bij aan onderzoek.

  • Engineering & projectondersteuning: ondersteun productie, verpakking en assemblage van farmaceutische producten. Help met technologieoverdracht, apparatuurontwerp, kwalificatie en validatie. Installeer nieuwe apparatuur en werk samen met teams aan projectengineering.

  • Kwaliteitsnormen & regelgeving: naleven van het kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem, Commissioning, Qualification, & Validation-documentatie, technische ondersteuning, locatie-inspecties.

Jouw profiel

  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering

  • Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in de engineering, bij voorkeur in de verpakkings-, medische hulpmiddelen- of farmaceutische industrie.

  • Kennis van en ervaring met geavanceerde/opkomende technologische trends zoals automatisering van productie en serialisatie/aggregatie.

  • Ervaring met het plannen en beheren van projecten en/of programma's met diverse stakeholders op verschillende niveaus binnen een organisatie.

  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, vloeiend in zowel Nederlands als Engels (gesproken en geschreven).

  • Aantoonbare vaardigheden in probleemoplossing, technisch schrijven, risicomanagement en experimenteren.
