About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Teva Pharmaceuticals. As a Senior Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for monitoring and overseeing the technical reliability and availability of our production systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain maintenance plans to ensure optimal system performance and reliability.
  • Lead the implementation of corrective and preventive maintenance actions to minimize downtime and improve overall efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transition of new systems from engineering to maintenance.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on various systems and provide technical guidance to maintenance teams.
  • Initiate and implement reliability improvements and upgrades to pharmaceutical equipment.
  • Manage spare parts inventory and ensure adequate levels to minimize downtime.
  • Document and maintain technical procedures and installation guides.
  • Lead FMECA and criticality assessments to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement predictive maintenance strategies to reduce downtime and improve overall efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Experience in a pharmaceutical environment is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP and other computerized systems.
  • Knowledge of cGMP and GAMP regulations.
  • Fluent in English and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
