Position Overview
As a Utilities Maintenance Technician at Teva Pharmaceuticals, you will be integral to ensuring the optimal functionality of utility systems within a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) environment. Your role will involve working closely with a skilled team to monitor and manage essential utility systems, such as water for injection, purified water, clean steam, HVAC, and compressed air. You will be responsible for promptly diagnosing and resolving issues to minimize operational interruptions and ensure the continuous flow of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
Daily Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks to guarantee the reliability and efficiency of utility systems.
- Diagnose and address utility system-related problems effectively.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of all maintenance activities to ensure accurate records.
- Identify and implement enhancements to improve the efficiency of utility systems.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and engineering, to tackle utility-related challenges.
Qualifications and Experience
- MBO level 4 diploma in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related discipline.
- Strong technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Demonstrated experience in maintenance within utility systems.
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills in Dutch.
- Solid understanding of relevant regulations and standards.
- NEN 3140 certification is advantageous.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to precision.
- Proactive in identifying and implementing improvement opportunities.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Dedication to safety protocols and awareness of potential hazards.
