Position Overview

As a Utilities Maintenance Technician at Teva Pharmaceuticals, you will be instrumental in ensuring the optimal functionality of essential utility systems within a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) setting. Your role will involve working alongside a dedicated team to monitor and manage various utility systems, such as water for injection, purified water, clean steam, HVAC, and compressed air. You will be responsible for swiftly diagnosing and addressing issues to minimize operational interruptions and support the seamless execution of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform preventative maintenance tasks to guarantee the reliability and effectiveness of utility systems.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to utility systems in a timely manner.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of all maintenance activities to ensure accurate and current records.
  • Identify opportunities for enhancements to improve the efficiency of utility systems.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and engineering, to tackle utility-related challenges.

Qualifications and Experience

  • MBO level 4 diploma in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Strong technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Demonstrated experience in maintenance roles focused on utility systems.
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills in Dutch.
  • Solid understanding of relevant regulations and standards.
  • NEN 3140 certification is advantageous.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to precision.
  • Proactive mindset in identifying and implementing improvement initiatives.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Adherence to safety protocols and awareness of potential hazards.
