We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Senior Associate, Financial Accounting & Tax. Reporting to the Director, FA&T, this full-time and permanent position is based in Hong Kong, allowing you to make a significant impact on our growth. Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for full sets of accounts and bookkeeping for clients including but not limited to review of accounting entries, journals, financial statements, and bank reconciliation
  • Responsible for treasury & payment administration from review of payment instruction, Fund Movement Statement to dispatching payment instruction
  • Provide monthly payroll service to clients such as review of monthly payroll calculation, tax returns, MPF contribution, and payment arrangement
  • Assist the team to achieve the business goal and financial objectives of the department
  • Setup of accounting system and workflow for new clients
  • Prepare various reports to fulfill clients’ business objectives
  • Liaise with clients on accounting issues
  • Satisfy any other specific requirements of clients
  • Perform other ad hoc projects as assigned by immediate supervisors/seniors Key Requirements:
    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in audit and/or accounting
    • Relevant experience with professional firm is an asset but not mandatory
    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or relevant disciplines
    • Registered Student or Member of HKICPA or equivalent
    • Open-minded
    • Good understanding of international business practices
    • Excellent presentation and communication skills
    • Good problem-solving skills
    • Self-driven and enthusiastic
    • A wide degree of creativity and latitude
    • A strong sense of ownership to complete deliverables in a practical and pragmatic approach
    • Positive strong team player and willing to go the extra mile
    • Ability to complete individual deliverables and communicate efficiently with different parties
    • Proficient in MS Office, MYOB, Quickbooks accounting software
    • Fluency in English
