We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Account Manager to join our team at Lexius Search. As a Senior Financial Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a diverse client portfolio and overseeing a wide range of administrative and financial responsibilities.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships and be the first point of contact for clients, accountants, and advisers regarding financial and tax responsibilities.
  • Administer special purpose vehicles, including preparation and review of monthly and quarterly reports.
  • Responsible for closing of accounts, including reviewing accounts prepared by property managers.
  • Prepare and review statutory annual financial statements.
  • Manage local audit process and resolve audit queries.
  • Manage bank accounts and execute client payments.
  • Maintain an organized planning of work to ensure timely and accurate filing of administrative records.
  • Mentor and train junior and medior financial account managers.
  • Proactive participation in board meetings.
Requirements
  • Hands-on, proactive approach with effective leadership and client relationship management skills.
  • Minimum of five years of relevant work experience.
  • Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles.
  • Fluent in English (both orally and in writing).
  • Outstanding organizational, analytical, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving.
