The RoleWe're seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our team and contribute to our mission. As a key member of our finance department, you'll be responsible for managing financial operations, including daily management of financial and administrative affairs, financial planning and control, modeling, budgeting, internal control, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in compliance with Dutch GAAP, US GAAP, and IFRS
- Conduct financial analysis, identifying trends, deviations, and potential areas of concern or improvement
- Provide insightful analysis to support strategic decision-making by senior management
- Manage all accounting operations for multiple and international entities, including newly established local entities globally
- Develop and maintain a robust internal control framework to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data
- Coordinate with auditors to facilitate annual audits and ensure compliance
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- CPA preferred
- 5-7 years of combined accounting and finance experience, preferably in a startup or scale-up environment
- Knowledgeable in IFRS, including financial reporting requirements in NL and US/Canada
- Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Strong understanding of Dutch and US GAAP standards and their practical application
