Ben jij in staat om op een treffende manier, de voordelen van ons product te vertalen in concrete oplossingen voor onze klanten; what’s in it for them? En ben jij creatief en in staat om mee te denken met nieuwe oplossingen of proposities? Kan jij de diverse belangen en inzichten vanuit onze organisatie EN van onze klanten bij elkaar brengen en behoud je daarbij je focus en ben je flexibel waar nodig? Durf jij het aan om dit te doen voor de marktleider op het gebied van boekhoudsoftware? Dan ben jij wellicht wel de juiste kandidaat om de product line Accounting te komen versterken in de rol van Solution Marketeer

Dit = de rol die je ambieert

In de functie van Solution Marketeer, ben je o.a. verantwoordelijk voor het naar de markt brengen van nieuwe functionaliteiten binnen onze Boekhoud oplossing. Als Solution Marketeer fungeer jij als de linking pin binnen onze organisatie en heb jij contacten met Sales, Development en uiteraard je eigen product line team met product owners en commercial product managers. Je bent ook continue in gesprek met de klant om te achterhalen waar de behoefte ligt maar vooral ook om de voordelen van onze oplossing om een juiste manier te communiceren; niet in technische, maar juist in praktische voordelen.

Samen met jouw collega Solution Marketeer noemen we je ook wel eens gekscherend de “bedrijfsjournalist”. Zo ben je vaak in gesprek met je collega’s van bijv. sales om zo te achterhalen waarom klanten bepaalde wensen hebben. Hierdoor kan jij ook weer met een goed verhaal naar de Product Stearing Group die bestaat uit leden van onze board. Doordat jij van de hoed en de rand weet van onze oplossing en van de markt, is jouw story telling op orde en word jij een echte subject matter expert/thought-leader.

En dat is nog niet alles. In deze functie draai je je hand niet om voor:

  • Het maken van demo’s en geven van presentaties, zowel online als op onze events zoals Exact Live of events georganiseerd door derden
  • Het maken van concurrentieanalyses, “battle scorecards” en materials voor je sales collega’s
  • Genereren van content die pakkend en inspirerend is
  • Een visie ontwikkelen op onze klanten, markt en producten
  • Slide decks maken voor de board
  • Meewerken aan succesvolle go-to-markets
  • Briefing schrijven voor marketing materials, zodat de e mail marketeer aan de slag kan
  • Mede organiseren van bij evenementen
  • Het in contact blijven met klanten, interviews en marktonderzoek doen.

    Dit = wat je meebrengt

    Bij ons mag je jezelf zijn en we ontdekken graag waarin jij je onderscheidt. Voor de functie van Solution Marketeer is het wel handig als je nieuwsgierig en onderzoekend ingesteld en “data savy” bent. Daarnaast weet jij alle belangen van de interne afdelingen zoals Sales, Product en Development goed te vertegenwoordigen en af te wegen tegen de belangen van de klant. Daarnaast heb je;

    • Enkele jaren ervaring binnen een software organisatie
    • Ervaring met productmarketing, content marketing, go-to-markets of pre sales
    • Een creatieve, innovatieve en commerciële mindset
    • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden; jouw mening is onderbouwd en je vindt het leuk om voor een groep te presenteren en demo’s te geven. Daarnaast heb je ook goede luistervaardigheden.
    • Ervaring met Exact Online is een pre
    • Bekend met de wereld van de ondernemer en je ook echt kunnen inleven in zijn/haar wereld
    • HBO werk en denkniveau
    • Een manier van werken waardoor jij het overzicht behoud, planmatig kan werken maar ook flexibiliteit kan tonen indien dit gevraagd wordt
