Your key responsibilities
Builds and maintains specific global and regional pipelines that have strong business impact and continuity. Actively nurtures candidates and proposes actions to keep talents engaged with our employer brand. Develops and executes innovative sourcing strategies to engage passive candidates and diverse talent that supports active niche hiring. Based on your experience we will offer you a base salary of € 67.000 to € 95.000 per year (based on fulltime, including holiday allowance and 13th month) and extra benefits (25 holiday days, bonus, etc).
