Als Machine Learning Engineer help je onze klanten vertrouwd te maken met het verwerken van complexe data door middel van machine learning, data mining en deep learning technologieën. Je zet statistische modellen en voorspellende algoritmes in om verborgen patronen te onthullen. Daarbij ontwikkel je end-tot-end oplossingen om je werk te operationaliseren. Niet alleen PoC’s maar ook robuuste oplossingen die in productie worden gebruikt. Dit doe je samen met het Center of Excellence (CoE) van ons AI-team, of in directe samenwerking met de klant. Je creëert echte impact door middel van het toepassen van machine learning en AI-technieken.

Vragen waar jij voor onze klanten een antwoord op gaat geven zijn bijvoorbeeld:

Hoe kunnen we ongestructureerde data analyseren en begrijpen? Kunnen wij klantgedrag voorspellen? Na de POC fase blijven we hangen, wat doen we met onze AI modellen? Hoe kunnen we ervoor zorgen dat onze modellen efficiënt werken blijven doorontwikkelen? Hoe zorgen we ervoor dat onze modellen businesswaarde genereren? Hoe kunnen we generative AI veilig en ethisch inzetten? Wie ben jij? Je hebt een HBO of masterdiploma (WO) ; Je hebt minimaal drie jaar werkervaring als Machine Learning Engineer of consultant in het werkveld van Data Science en AI. Veel werkervaring met EDA en Machine Learning (Computer Vision, NLP, Timeseries, Generative AI) is belangrijk; Implementeren van technologieën aan de hand van de AI stack van Python (Scikit-learn, Tensorflow, Pytorch, Pandas, Numpy, HuggingFace’s Transformers)? Geen probleem Je hebt ervaring met het operationaliseren van ML/AI-modellen Naast het toepassen van kijk je kritisch naar de impact van de techniek en zorg je dat (generative) AI veilig en ethisch kan worden gebruikt Je bent in de wolken van Cloudoplossingingen (Azure, AWS, GCP) én kan agile werken? Ja CI/CD Tools zoals Jenkins, Travis CI
