**The role**

Are you an analytical talent with a passion for data and affinity with financial reporting?

As a Financial Reporting Analyst at Infinitas Learning, you will be part of a centralized Data & Insights team. Our role as the central team is to identify business problems worth solving, that need solving, and tackle them by utilizing, combining, and analyzing existing source data from systems such as Netsuite and SAP BPC. This enables the business and customers to make better (data-driven) decisions more quickly and with greater confidence. We operate across a broad variety of domains such as finance, operations, commercial, learning didactics, and platform usage.

As a Financial Reporting Analyst, you will focus on turning financial data into valuable insights and reports for different stakeholders within Infinitas. Focus is on reports like the Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash flow and all kind of reports related to the order and sales process. With your expertise in data and finance you will manage various initiatives, ensuring the delivery of project milestones within the agreed timeframe and quality standards.

**What you will do**
- Design, build and deliver accurate and fast analytical reporting and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI fed from the data marts
- You will test and ensure the data quality and documentation of financial data products that our team creates and ensure uniformity and consistency across reports.
- Work closely with various stakeholders within the financial domain to identify areas where Data & Insights can be used to improve business processes and operation.
- You are able to act as a sparring partner for the finance team and are excellent at reconciling data with financials from source systems such as Netsuite and SAP BPC
- Utilize a strong business acumen to identify and develop analytical use-cases with high value together with various stakeholders within the financial domain.
- Ensure optimal performance to maximize the use of the Power BI functionality. Excel in designing data models to best practices including use of complex DAX-calculations, making use of conformed dimensions and striving to push business logic to the data marts.
- Work in close cooperation with Analytical Engineers to give feedback regarding necessary design changes on data models and missing data.
- Communicate, document, and present the use of our analytical tools to peers and different stakeholders throughout the organization.
- Constantly stay up to date on new technologies in the analytical reporting, dashboards, and visualization space and where they may fit our initiatives.

- Bachelor’s degree in either Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Data Science or Computer Science with a strong financial related component or a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, or Business Economics with a strong data component.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analytics and/or financial reporting: maintenance and support of analytical financial reports and dashboards.
- Designed, developed, tested, and supported analytical reporting and dashboards using Power BI. Experience programming in complex DAX calculations.
- Excellent English written and oral communication skills.
- Fluent in Dutch or Swedish is preferred.
- Working permit within the European Union.
- Can work regularly at one of our office locations Antwerpen/Stockholm/Utrecht/Groningen
