Als Transaction Regulatory Reporting Analyst merk je dat je toe bent aan meer uitdaging. Dat vind je bij de Volksbank. Bij ons vind je een compactere afdeling en korte lijnen. Dus, jouw rol is breder, je hebt meer impact en leert razendsnel bij.

Wij zijn op zoek een medewerker Regulatory Reporting ter uitbreiding van het team dat zich bezighoudt met de regulatory workflows rondom MMSR, EMIR, MiFIR en SFTR. Jij bent de schakel tussen Financial Markets en onze Toezichthouders. De controle op juistheid, volledigheid en tijdigheid van deze rapportages vormt de kern van jouw werkzaamheden. Daarnaast zijn jij en je team de eerste in lijn bij het opvolgen van mismatches in het reconciliatieproces met de Trade Repositories en tegenpartijen. In die rol heb je regelmatig contact met onze tegenpartijen, de vertegenwoordigers van de Toezichthouders en de Financial Markets afdelingen zelf.

Hier kom je te werken
Binnen de Volksbank is de afdeling Financial Markets & Treasury (FMT) verantwoordelijk voor de Toezichthouder rapportages die betrekking hebben op door haar geïnitieerde transacties, de zogenaamde T+1 Trade Reporting. Vanuit die rol verzorgt zij de financiering van het hypotheekbedrijf en geeft uitvoering aan het strategisch rente
- en risicobeleid. Daarnaast beheert FMT de liquiditeitsportefeuille en voert zij transacties uit voor eigen rekening en risico. Het gehele team van FMT bestaat uit ongeveer 50 gedreven collega’s die verdeeld over vijf afdelingen langs korte lijnen samenwerken. Deze kleinschaligheid zorgt voor een grote mate van betrokkenheid en biedt een goed inzicht in het gehele takenpakket van FMT.

Jouw kwaliteiten
Je bent nauwgezet zonder het overzicht te verliezen. Je werkt goed in teamverband maar bent niet bang initiatief te tonen en proactief contact op te nemen met belanghebbenden. Je verdiept je graag in het hoe en waarom van data en processen en wilt meehelpen deze te borgen en te stroomlijnen binnen jouw team.

Verder heb je:

- Hbo werk
- en denkniveau en een afgeronde HBO opleiding.
- Minimaal 2 jaar relevante werkervaring met Financial Markets producten zoals: rentederivaten, futures, FX/MM contracten en securities.
- Je spreekt en schrijft de Engelse taal vloeiend zodat je vlot en helder communiceert met de internationale contacten. Kennis van de Nederlandse taal is een pre.

Wat krijg je van ons?

Het salaris voor deze functie ligt tussen de € 4165,22 en € 5.553,63;
- bruto per maand op basis van 36 uur per week. Daarnaast kun je rekenen op:

- Een 36-urige werkweek, flexibel in te delen met bijvoorbeeld 4x9. 32 uur is bespreekbaar.
- Vakantiegeld en een dertiende maand, waarbij je via het individueel keuzebudget (IKB) zel kiest wanneer je dit ontvangt.
- 208,8 verlofuren o.b.v. fulltime dienstverband ongeacht je leeftijd.
- Een goede collectieve pensioenregeling.

- euro per jaar. Dit bedrag kun je opsparen tot € 2250;
