About this role: 

The Lead Finance Business Partner role plays a vital part in helping the JET headquarters achieve its strategic goals. That means ensuring smooth forecasting, continuous business and commercial support and adaptability to change. Business partnering and collaboration is a key ingredient. As well as supporting the corporate stakeholders, you will work with the commercial and global finance teams to coordinate month end management reporting and budgeting cycles across JET countries.

These are some of the key ingredients to the role: 

  • Be the lead business partner for corporate functions management, with the ability to independently advise and challenge stakeholders
  • Own the budgeting and forecasting process for the corporate functions across HQ and other regions, proactively search for efficiencies and savings
  • Perform MEC activities, managerial reporting and complete financial analysis of the actuals against budget
  • Support the business stakeholders and drive financial assessment to support business/project cases
  • Communicate and provide accurate and insightful information to decision makers in a timely manner
  • Drive improvements and implement best practice practices in HQ and overall Commercial Finance processes

What will you bring to the table?

  • Ideally A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting, finance or business administration
  • Years of experience in accounting, FP&A/ Finance Business Partnering, including senior stakeholder management (C/C-1 level)
  • Professional qualification preferred (CIMA, ACCA or equivalent)
  • Excellent hands on analytical skills and ability to analyse big sets of data quickly
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and demanding environment in international matrix organisations
  • Solid experience with building business partnerships. Independence and confidence in communicating with stakeholders
