**The role**

As a Finance Business Partner, you will be critical in revenue controlling, business case creation, financial planning and analysis, and controlling for our operations across Europe. You will be integral to the finance team, providing insights and analyses that drive strategic decision-making.

**This is what you will do**:

- Develop and maintain business cases and financial models to support strategic initiatives and decision-making.
- Support the finance team by conducting monthly reviews of vehicle pricing, product mix, and margin analysis to identify areas for optimization.
- Develop and monitor pricing and margin analysis processes across National Sales Companies (NSCs) and sales channels.
- Achieve vehicle gross margins in line with budget expectations, by allocating discounts effectively to improve volume and net revenue.
- Provide support to the sales and logistics teams to maintain optimal stock levels and meet cost targets.
- Support the business on best practices and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist with end-of-year preparation and procedures and with the budgeting and forecasting process.
- Proactively identify opportunities for changes or improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency.

**To be successful in the role you will demonstrate**:

- 3-5 years prior experience in a Business Controller role or FP&A role, preferably in automotive.
- Solid financial knowledge and expertise: a strong understanding of financial principles and metrics, including profitability analysis, return on sales, budgeting and financial statement analysis.
- Able to interpret complex financial data, able to identify trends, and to drive informed decision-making.
- Able to prioritize and work proactively with efficient time management skills.
- Results-oriented.
- Excellent English Language skills.
- Advanced in MS Excel and Powerpoint.
- Familiar with Power BI or other business intelligence tools as a user. A relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree with a business focus.
