Als Billing & Collections Employee beheer je alle voorkomende Billing, e-Billing en Collections werkzaamheden binnen ons kantoor, zoals:

  • je treedt op als vraagbaak en bent eerste aanspreekpunt voor Fee Earners en Assistants met betrekking tot allerlei billing gerelateerde onderwerpen;
  • je overlegt met Partners over het tijdig declareren van onderhanden werk;
  • je zorgt ervoor dat declaraties via verschillende e-Billing platforms correct worden verwerkt;
  • je bewaakt jouw eigen internationale debiteurenportefeuille;
  • je registreert en onderhoudt de specifieke en diverse tarief- en kortingsafspraken van onze cliënten.

    Het team:
    Je werkt nauw samen met acht Billing & Collections Employees en de Teamleader van de afdeling, aan wie je ook rapporteert. De afdeling Billing & Collections valt onder de afdeling Finance & Collections. De afdeling Finance & Collections wordt aangestuurd door de Chief Financial Officer.Samen met je team lever je een grote bijdrage aan de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening van Stibbe.

    Wie zoeken wij?
    Een gedreven collega die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt en werkt en denkt op HBO/HEAO-niveau. Je hebt al een paar jaar werkervaring in een soortgelijke functie, bij voorkeur binnen de advocatuur of zakelijke dienstverlening. Je bent service- en cliëntgericht, vakinhoudelijk sterk en in staat zelfstandig en planmatig te werken. Je beheerst zowel de Nederlandse als Engelse taal uitstekend in woord en geschrift en je beschikt over uitstekende Microsoft Office-vaardigheden. Ervaring met iManage en Aderant is een pré.Verder:

    • ben je een communicatief sterke gesprekspartner en ben je in staat om kennis en ervaring effectief over te brengen;
    • ben je tactvol, integer en accuraat;
    • houd je overzicht op je eigen werk, stel je prioriteiten en bewaak je deadlines;

    • ben je een teamplayer die ook in staat is zelfstandig te werken;
    • sta je met beide benen op de grond en heb je gevoel voor humor;
    • kun je snel schakelen en ben je stressbestendig;
    • ben je flexibel voor wat betreft het inspringen bij en overnemen van taken van collega's van de afdeling;
    • heb je geen 9 tot 5 mentaliteit.
