Employment agency Manpower is looking for multiple Sales Operations Support Advisors for Lynk & Co in Maastricht.
In this support advisor role, you will manage various specialized and administrative back-end tasks related to order management, including payment process escalations, claim management, GDPR compliance, order support, delivery bookings, returns, car swaps, compensations, and claims. You will act as a liaison between multiple internal and external stakeholders, while actively engaging in problem-solving and contributing to process improvement initiatives.

- Gross salary between €15.59 and €18.79 per hour
- Reimbursement of travel costs of €0.23 per kilometer

Working hours
The working hours in this position are divided in three shifts:
- Morning Shift: 10.00 to 15.00 hrs
- Day Shift: 12.00 to 17.00 hrs
- Evening Shift: 15.00 to 19.00 hrs
