Do you have a Bachelor diploma in finance, accounting or a relevant field? Do you have previous experience as an order-to-cash analyst or want to start your career at an international company? If you speak English and German, we are looking for you This customer is a large, international importer and distributor of high-quality products. They are looking for their new order-to-cash analyst to complement their team with tasks ranging from end-to-end order processing, generating accurate invoices and addressing billing irregularities.

Description

• Manage order processing from A to Z;
• Collaborate with other departments such as sales and logistics regarding inventory to ensure this matches the financial ledger;
• Generate accurate invoices based on order information;
• Work with customers to resolve any billing irregularities;
• Help analyze reports on order status, customer satisfaction and specific billing with invoices;

Profile

• Minimum Bachelor's in finance, accounting or a relevant field;
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in the same position or with relevant tasks;
• Previous experience working in an international environment is a big plus;
• Good command of MS Office and other systems such as SAP or Power BI;
• Good command of the English and German language;
• You are proactive, enthusiastic and collaborative and looking for a new opportunity in a rapidly changing environment;
