Als Technical Supervisor Datacenters bij CBRE GWS ga jij onsite voor onze klanten in Amsterdam werken. Het is een veelzijdige functie waar jij als allround technicus ook contractors aanstuurt. Daarnaast draag je de verantwoordelijkheid voor het technisch beheer en onderhoud van het pand. Jij bent werkzaam op meerdere facetten in het bedrijf. Zo werk je op kantoor, maar ook in de operatie.

Wat ga je doen?

Je stuurt en coacht monteurs in de voorbereiding van de onderhoudswerkzaamheden en de planning hiervan. Er wordt veel gewerkt met contractors en sub-contractors. De monteurs van deze -veelal gespecialiseerde- toeleveranciers worden door jou geïnstrueerd over bijvoorbeeld de staat van de installaties en wat er van hen verwacht wordt. Je hebt een coachende rol en tijdens de uitvoering van het werk zie je toe op een correcte uitvoering van het werk alsmede een juiste naleving van de health, safety & environment (HSE) richtlijnen. Je rapporteert aan de CBRE GWS Site Manager op locatie.

In deze veelzijdige en dynamische functie heb je kennis van pandbeheer, zoals elektrotechniek, deuren en vloeren. Daarnaast ben je bekent met storingen en onderhoud en behoren ook de administratieve taken tot jouw pakket. Je mag werkvergunningen verschaffen, offertes opmaken, PO’s aanvragen, maar bent ook in contact met leveranciers en hebt een begeleidende een aansturende functie.

Idealiter neem jij daarnaast het volgende mee:

· Je beschikt over een mbo diploma, bijvoorbeeld in een technische afstudeerrichting zoals Elektrotechniek, of werktuigbouwkunde;

· Je hebt ervaring met SAP;

· Bij voorkeur heb je ervaring in de Datacenter wereld;

· Je hebt kennis van gebouwgebonden installaties;

· Bent bekend met HSE-richtlijnen;

· Je werkt 5 dagen op locatie;

· Hebt een goede kennis van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift.
