Als Technical Support Agent ben je verantwoordelijk voor het op de juiste manier aannemen en vastleggen van technische storingen (bijvoorbeeld een roltrap die kapot gaat). Dit doe je voor bijna alle assets op Schiphol. En hoe je dit aanvliegt? Dat is aan jou. We vertrouwen op de manier waarop jij de regie pakt, keuzes maakt en daar de verantwoordelijkheid voor neemt. Jouw talenten zet jij in bij het:

  • Monitoren van verschillende systemen en indien nodig acteren op afwijkingen door monitoring & control.
  • First time right doorzetten van incidenten naar de contractor.
  • (Pro)actief verzorgen van een terugkoppeling/status update aan melders en stakeholders. Hiernaast ben jij een eerste aanspreekpunt voor alle melders en belanghebbende van incidenten.
  • Op verzoek van het IACC (Intelligence Asset Control Center) bijvoorbeeld transportmiddelen etc. bedienen of kleine technische handelingen uitvoeren.
