The Customer Experience & Success organization at Microsoft is dedicated to empowering customers to achieve their business outcomes faster through differentiated customer experiences that leverage our products and services.
We are seeking a Cloud Solution Architect specializing in Modern Work to drive our customers' business applications and AI transformation on the Microsoft platform. This customer-facing role will own both the business applications-focused technical relationship and technical strategy between the customer and Microsoft.
Responsibilities- Leverage M365 expertise to gather customer insights and map solutions and services with customer business outcomes.
- Help accelerate intent, enablement, and usage of M365 and Copilot through Value-Based Deliveries and repeatable IP.
- Support customer skilling by delivering technical discussions, workshops, and other training to ensure customers understand Microsoft's M365 value proposition and get value from their investment in Microsoft technology.
- Provide feedback and insights from customers and partners back to the relevant MS teams to enable continuous improvement.
- Identify resolutions to issues blocking go-live of customer success projects by leveraging deep knowledge of M365 services and technical subject matter expertise.
- Deliver all work according to MS best practices and policies and using repeatable IP.
- Technical Leadership: Demonstrate a self-learner mindset through continuous alignment of individual skilling to team/area demands and Customer Success goals.
- Accelerate Customer Outcomes: Engage in relevant communities to share expertise, contribute to IP creation, prioritize IP reuse, and learn from others to help accelerate your customers' transformation journey.
- Substantial experience working in a customer-facing role.
- Proven experience working on technical projects.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field and 6+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting.
