Sales Operation Coordinator OOH

We’re looking for a Sales Operation Coordinator who will play central role in the team by interacting with various stakeholders: OOH Wholesalers, Finance, Logistics and Supply Chain. Who will be responsible for driving OOH business through executing the agreed business plans together with the internal and external contacts and supporting the account managers in meeting the required results.

What will be your key responsibilities?  

  • Promotional alignment: planning of promotions (volumes/pricing/timings) and alignment with the customers and internal stakeholders (demand and copack) and review actual folders and promo analyses.
  • Business monitoring: turnover, promotional volumes, and prices (vs forecast); monitor and creating insights/analyses; follow up with supply and finance.
  • Pricing: customer conditions including follow up of price differences
  • Execution: sales responsible within execution meetings
  • Being the budget owner of the team budget.
