Then join our dynamic Business Development team As our new intern, you will support the development of our E-Commerce business.  

  1. You will gather, validate and analyze data, to support the Business Analysts in creating the best insights and analysis to improve the business.
  2. You will collaborate with regional stakeholders in building data-driven business cases.
  3. You will be responsible for maintain and further developing existing dashboards.
  4. You will support in defining relevant KPIs related to performance.
  5. You will gain understanding of E-Commerce and contribute to the development of the E-Commerce function.

 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

  • Prepare trend analyses and presentations.
  • Analyze business performance and provide recommendations to the business on improvement opportunities. 
  • Support analytical requests for business cases.
  • Provide data insights for defining annual KPIs and strategic targets.
  • Perform and improve timeseries forecasting for the e-commerce function.

 
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

  • By being yourself and showing your passion for an exceptional customer experience, while demonstrating a pragmatic yet flexible attitude.
  • You are currently enrolled in an Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Supply Chain or Business Administration, or related technical University program and are you available full-time, as of February/March, for a period of 6 or 12 months. 
  • Reporting and Data Analytics are second nature to you.
  • Extensive knowledge of a least one programming language (R, Python, etc.). SQL is strongly desired.
  • You have experience with at least one dashboarding tool (e.g. Google Looker, SAP Analytics Cloud, PowerBI, Tableau, etc.) and look to expand your knowledge.
  • With your strong analytical skills, you are an excellent organizer and enjoy driving change. 
  • Ability to manipulate and condense large volumes of data into succinct and powerful visualizations (graphs, charts, diagrams, dashboards, pivot tables).
  • While coordinating the different tasks, you like to take initiative and are pro-active. 
  • You are positive about your work and able to transmit this positivity to your colleagues, fostering a strong team-spirit.
  • You enjoy collaborating with a wide network of technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
