Hiertoe voer je regelmatig internal audits uit en ben je betrokken bij de implementatie van nieuwe wet- en regelgeving (zoals bijvoorbeeld CSRD). Jouw rol als Manager External Reporting & Internal Control is essentieel in onze ambitie voor continue en duurzame groei. Durf je de uitdaging aan?
Als Manager External Reporting & Internal Control bij Faber Group ben je verantwoordelijk voor onze familie van bedrijven. Je komt te werken in een hecht, gekwalificeerd, Finance team op de holding, waarbij je een breed scala aan werkzaamheden kunt uitvoeren. Je houdt je voornamelijk bezig met:
- Het onderhouden van contact met de externe accountants over de geconsolideerde jaarrekening en het onderbouwen van complexe posities in de jaarrekening;
- Zorg dragen voor het verbeteren en het verder implementeren van het internal control framework (incl. GITC’s);
- Zorg dragen voor compliance zaken, waaronder het up-to-date houden van policies en directives (bijvoorbeeld de Accounting Manual en transfer pricing documentatie);
- In samenwerking met de Group Controller op verzoek van het management specifieke interne audits uitvoeren (bijvoorbeeld op sustainability reporting);
- Het up-to-date blijven van nieuwe relevante regelgeving en deze vervolgens implementeren;
- VPB werkzaamheden voorbereiden zodat de externe adviseur de aangifte kan indienen;
- Ondersteunen bij (binnen- en buitenlandse) tax audits;
- Ondersteunen bij ad-hoc projecten (bijvoorbeeld M&A trajecten, implementatie van nieuwe accountingsystemen, juridische herstructureringen).

-Je hebt minimaal een HBO/WO opleiding op het gebied van Bedrijfseconomie, Bedrijfskunde of Accountancy afgerond (een aanvullende RA/RC opleiding is een pré);
- Je hebt tenminste 5 jaar ervaring in een relevante functie (audit achtergrond is een pré);
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels;
- Communicatief vaardig en accuraat;
- Je hebt een continuous improvement mindset;
