This will be a hands-on role where we are looking to invest time and resources into making this channel one of the key aspects in our marketing channel mix. This is an amazing opportunity to completely design, build and execute your own SEO strategy with full ownership. Key Responsibilities: Develop and Execute SEO Strategies:
  • Create and implement SEO strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct keyword research to identify high-potential keywords.
  • Optimize website content, meta tags, and on-page elements for better search engine rankings. Content Optimization and Creation:
    • Collaborate with content creators to integrate SEO best practices.
    • Provide recommendations for optimizing various types of content. Technical SEO:
      • Conduct technical audits to identify and resolve website performance issues.
      • Optimize website structure, navigation, and internal linking. Performance Analysis and Reporting:
        • Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms.
        • Generate reports on key SEO metrics, including organic traffic and keyword rankings.
        • Use data-driven insights to refine SEO strategies. Stay Current with Industry Trends:
          • Keep up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
          • Share insights and recommendations with the team. Collaboration and Communication:
            • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive SEO efforts.
            • Provide training and guidance on SEO best practices. Qualifications: Education and Experience:
              • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
              • Proven experience as an SEO Strategist or similar role.
              • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors. Technical Skills:
                • Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush).
                • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website administration.
                • Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:

                  Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

                  Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Communication and Collaboration:

                  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
