LabourLink is excited to offer a rewarding administrative position within the renowned Import Office at Schiphol Airport. As a hub for thousands of cargo flights annually, Schiphol relies on its Import Office for efficient paperwork management. This vacancy guarantees an intellectually stimulating and dynamic job, filled with exciting challenges.


As a valued member of the Import Office, your responsibilities will revolve around two main areas. Firstly, you will oversee the meticulous administration of import cargo, including:

  • Thoroughly reviewing and organizing paperwork

  • Ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs)

  • Adhering to international agreements and guidelines


Secondly, effective communication will be vital to your role, both internally and externally. Expect to engage with various stakeholders, such as:

  • Collaborating with drivers, verifying their documentation

  • Communicating with airlines and internal departments

  • Providing exceptional service to international customers

Wat wij vragen

To thrive as an Administrative Employee at the Import Office, you should meet the following criteria:

  • Residency or registration in the Netherlands for a minimum of 8 years

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within the air freight industry

  • Excellent command of both spoken and written Dutch and English

  • Possession of an MBO 3 diploma or an equivalent college degree obtained abroad
