As a vital member of the Import Office, your role encompasses two main responsibilities. Firstly, you will oversee all aspects of import cargo administration, including:
Diligently verifying and organizing paperwork
Ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs)
Upholding international agreements and guidelines
Secondly, effective communication will be your forte, both internally and externally. Expect to interact with a diverse range of stakeholders, such as:
Collaborating with drivers, ensuring accurate documentation
Liaising with airlines and internal departments
Providing exceptional service to international customers

Wat wij vragenTo excel as an Administrative Employee at the Import Office, you should meet the following criteria:
Minimum 8 years of residency or registration in the Netherlands
At least 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within the air freight industry
Excellent command of both spoken and written Dutch and English
Possession of an MBO 3 diploma or an equivalent college degree obtained abroad
