We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an Associate, Client Acceptance, based in our Vistra, Hong Kong office. This is a 6-month contract role reporting to the Head of Client Acceptance. Key Responsibilities:

  • Primary scope of assisting new business onboarding at Business Development (BD) and effective transition to Trust Relationship Management (TRM).
  • Assist BD in communicating and liaising with intermediaries/clients for onboarding purposes.
  • Assist in the end-to-end process in the establishment of Trust, including:
  • Incorporate or transfer Trust underlying company(ies).
  • Ensure Trust documents are saved in the data system.
  • Assist in initial opening bank accounts.
  • Assemble Trust kits for clients.
  • Provide admin assistance in relocation of office.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned. Key Requirements:
    • University graduate or above in Business Administration / Account / Finance or equivalent.
    • 1 - 2 years of relevant working experience, fresh graduate will also be considered.
    • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
    • Organized, meticulous, pro-active.
    • Strong work ethics, professional, approachable, results oriented. Company Benefits:
