As an Outside Sales Representative (OSR), you will work alongside colleagues such as Customer Success Managers, Business Development Representatives, and Marketers to grow Grabowsky by creating and seizing new opportunities. Your main task is to understand our customers' needs in the field of digital identity and provide solutions that fit those needs. This means listening to the customer, suggesting solutions, and guiding them in making the right choices.

Generating and following up on new business, obtaining leads in enterprise tender processes, and following up on Sales Qualified Leads in various sectors such as finance, trade, services, and public sector. Identifying, specifying, and addressing customer needs in the field of 'Digital Identity' from human, procedural, and technological perspectives. Creating value and building relationships through various communication channels with different decision-makers within organizations (business, IT, procurement, security). Arriving at an appropriate solution for the customer, preparing quotes, negotiating the right terms, getting contracts signed, in collaboration with Business and Technology Leads, Project Managers, Solution Consultants, and Engineers. Accurately documenting prospect and customer data in our HubSpot system. Maintaining contact with our technology partners such as SailPoint and CyberArk in terms of market operations. Who are you? You have at least 3 years of relevant sales experience in a software or consultancy company (experience in both SaaS and On-Prem is a plus). You have experience working on longer-term sales cycles and deal sizes of approximately €250,000 or more. You are a good listener, analytically strong, customer-oriented, and able to explain complex issues simply. You operate at Higher Education/University level. You are driven, enjoy challenges, and focus on results. You are flexible and eager to further develop yourself in a dynamic organization and market. You have strong communication skills, both orally and in writing, and are proficient in giving (virtual) presentations. You have excellent command of the Dutch and English language, both spoken and written. For our location in Belgium, proficiency in the French language is also required.
