    • Ensure all orders are invoiced correctly and punctually
    • Coordinate the logistics of order processing, shipping, and delivery with freight partners
    • Act as a point of contact between customers and sales teams
    • Work with cross-departmental teams to resolve any order-related issues
    • Improve delivery efficiency while managing backorders effectively
    • Adhere to financial policies and procedures, contributing to ongoing process enhancements
    • You are business fluent in German (preferably C2 level speaker)
    • Fluent in English
    • Experience in providing customer support in a B2B environment
    • At least  3 year experience within customer service
    • Demonstrated precision in handling and processing orders promptly and correctly, received via multiple platforms.
    • Outstanding communication, collaboration, and conflict-resolution abilities.
    • Able to juggle several tasks and priorities, ensuring timely, complete deliveries while efficiently managing backorders to enhance delivery performance.
