Your role

The HR Business Partner is a strategic liaison between HR and the business. In this role, the HR Business Partner will support the development and drive the achievement of the long term and annual plan of Operations from an HR perspective, taking business priorities and employee satisfaction and engagement into account. The HR Business Partner will assist, support, and guide management and employees in HR related matters, whilst performing core HR activities.

HR Business Partner for NL/BE Operations, translates business needs into HR-plans and implements HR tools, guidelines, policies, systems, and programs. The HR Business Partner will perform core HR activities and support management and employees in HR related matters 

What you'll need

  • Bachelors/master’s degree in HRM/Social Sciences.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as HR professional, preferably in an international business environment.
  • Good understanding of Dutch and Belgian Labor law.
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Office applications (e.g. PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Excellent in Dutch.
  • Strong English language skills (B2 level minimum).
  • Understands data analytics.
  • HR system knowledge, preferably in Oracle HCM.
