Onze klant, een vooraanstaand bedrijf in Eindhoven met expertise in laboratoriumwerk, zoekt een gedreven Quality Manager. Deze rol biedt een unieke kans om bij te dragen aan de verdere ontwikkeling van het kwaliteitssysteem binnen de laboratoriumomgeving.

Functieomschrijving

Als Quality Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het versterken van het interne kwaliteitssysteem, met een focus op ISO 9001-standaarden. Je coördineert en verbetert processen om de kwaliteit te waarborgen en bent nauw betrokken bij het aansturen van teams en het waarborgen van de kwaliteit op meerdere locaties.

Verantwoordelijkheid

  • Ontwikkelen en implementeren van verbeteringen aan het kwaliteitssysteem.
  • Coördineren van laboratoriumprocessen en kwaliteitscontroles.
  • Leiding geven aan teams en stimuleren van een cultuur van kwaliteit en continue verbetering.
  • Bewaken van kwaliteitsnormen op zowel lokale als externe locaties.
  • Analyseren van resultaten en rapporteren aan het management.

Profiel

  • Uitstekende kennis van ISO 9001 en ervaring met kwaliteitsmanagement.
  • Minimaal een HBO-niveau in een relevante richting zoals Chemie of Chemische Technologie.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en leiderschapskwaliteiten.
  • Analytisch denkvermogen en probleemoplossend vermogen.
  • Ervaring in een laboratoriumomgeving is een pre.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden

  • Salaris: €3800-5400, afhankelijk van ervaring en opleiding
  • Duur: Minimaal 1 jaar met kans op verlenging.
  • Aantrekkelijke secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden, waaronder een 13e maand, vakantiegeld en een persoonlijk keuzebudget.
