Wat ga je doen?

Samen met een enthousiast team ben je verantwoordelijk voor het realiseren van onze servicebeloften, waaronder zorgeloze mobiliteit, persoonlijke ondersteuning en het altijd aanbieden van een  oplossing. Als schakel tussen verschillende afdelingen vind je op maat gemaakte oplossingen, waarbij je als berijdersambassadeur de behoeften begrijpt en de service continu vernieuwend verbetert. Je krijgt de ruimte om samen met je team en collega's hieraan te werken Heb je de passie om klanten met de beste oplossingen te helpen? We zoeken een tijdelijke Customer Care Expert (4 maanden) die problemen oplost, ondersteunt en verbetert.

De tijdelijke rol als Customer Care Expert (4 maanden) vraagt om jouw passie voor het bieden van optimale oplossingen aan klanten. Je krijgt de ruimte om samen met collega's en het management aan deze doelen te werken. Daarnaast heb je de verantwoordelijkheid om met managers te sparren over de beste benadering voor het leveren van hoogwaardige service aan klanten. Sluit je aan bij een vooraanstaande speler in autolease en duurzame mobiliteit en maak een leerzame stap in je carrière.

Wat wij bieden
  • Een lekker salaris van € 2850 tot € 3650 per maand obv 40 uur;
  • Een werkweek van 36 uur;
  • Reiskostenvergoeding;
  • Heel veel doorgroeimogelijkheden
  • Een tijdelijke functie voor 4 maanden.

Wat wij vragen:
  • Minimaal hbo werk- en denkniveau;
  • Je hebt kennis van en ervaring met klantgericht werken, hospitality en customer care;
  • Je hebt al een aantal jaar telefonische ervaring
