We are looking for a Lead Brand Marketing Professional to join Nike's Brand team.

We are looking for someone that could start as soon as possible. It is a temporary role for 6 months, due to maternity leave. It is a role for 40 hours a week. You will work at the European Headquarters of Nike in Hilversum.

EMEA Distributors MPU is looking for a Lead Brand Marketing Professional to join the Brand team. You must bring a comprehensive grasp of the youth community, sport culture and sneaker landscape.

What you bring:

  • You have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of work experience in brand management, consumer marketing or related experience in fashion, editorial, publishing, sports and consumer brands;
  • Genuine connection to and knowledge of sport and lifestyle culture, youth trends and the Nike brand;
  • Ability to think strategically, lead initiatives, projects teams and influence effectively;
  • Pro-active information-seeking skills, with the ability to balance creativity with organizational and procedural excellence in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment;
  • A team-first mindset with ambition to coach and mentor others;
  • Good understanding of Keynote and Powerpoint;
  • A strong communicator; able to adapt your communication style to different stakeholders.
what will you do

As a Lead Brand Marketing Professional, you will collaborate with teammates across Nike to build more effective and efficient ways to inspire and connect with athletes. In order to build integrated marketing plans, you will collaborate and partner with the following key internal and external partners. Examples are Consumer Constructs, Brand Creative, Consumer Direct Marketing, Marketplace Partners, Agency and Production Partners.

In this role, you will also work daily with Nike's distribution partners across the marketplace with a special focus on the Middle East region.

Below you will find some of your tasks:

  • You will partner with Nike's external and internal partners to execute the brand strategy and drive cross-functional execution of Nike's seasonal and daily initiatives;
  • You will work on key projects (lifestyle and performance) that build consumer experiences that accelerate brand engagement and business growth opportunities for the Nike Brand in the Middle East, Eastern Europe and North Africa marketplace;
  • You will gain insight from consumers, overseeing product/innovation integration into seasonal programming;
  • Briefing marketing initiatives, supporting development of seasonal programming;
  • Managing asset development and distribution across multiple channels;
  • Delivering marketing plans and managing campaing progress measurement including recapping and de-briefing.
