Het adviseren van klanten als het Forensisch Instituut. De jaarrekening van Dienst Justitiële Inrichtingen, de financiële rapportage en verantwoording van een gevangenis. Of de maand- en jaarafsluitingen van de Immigratie- en Naturalisatiedienst. Lijkt het je uitdagend om hieraan te werken?

Word dan specialist record to report bij het Financieel Dienstencentrum (FDC), onderdeel van het Shared Service Center Dienst Justitiële Inrichtingen. Je gaat aan de slag voor één of meer van onze klanten; organisatieonderdelen van het ministerie van Justitie en Veiligheid. Samen met je collega’s richt je je op de processen binnen record to report, zoals het grootboek, de financiële rapportage en verantwoording. Hierbij ben jij binnen het team dé inhoudelijk specialist en deel je graag jouw kennis met collega`s. Je voert analyses uit en levert onderbouwingen voor de balansdossiers. Jouw missie: de financiële administraties juist, volledig en op tijd leveren waarbij de klant tevreden is Stel dat het Pieter Baan Centrum jouw klant is. Of het Nederlands Forensisch Instituut. Boeiend toch, dat jij inzicht hebt in hun geldstromen? Trouwens, dat inzicht heb je ook letterlijk wanneer je op klantbezoek gaat in tijden dat dit mogelijk is. Je werkt namelijk nauw samen met de planning en control medewerker en de business controller bij je klanten. Wij werken hybride, maar als het kan en noodzakelijk is bezoek je de locaties. Bijvoorbeeld om mondeling inzicht te geven in hun financiële positie, te sparren over de prognoses die jij opstelt en te adviseren over alles wat met hun financiële administratie te maken heeft. Jouw job doet ertoe. Alles komt samen bij de afdeling Record to Report.

Kennis te delen en samen de dienstverlening continu te verbeteren met de collega’s van de afdeling Purchase to Pay en Order to Cash. Een goede relatie op te bouwen met jouw klant; hulp op maat leveren, verwachtingen te managen en overtreffen natuurlijk Het beoordelen van een rekening analyse, het opstellen van een vermoedelijk beloop en niet stoppen totdat je zeker weet dat de administratie juist en volledig is. Dat jouw ideeën gehoord worden en je ze mag uitvoeren

Je hebt een hbo-diploma, bij voorkeur in financiële richting. Je hebt minimaal twee jaar ervaring binnen het proces van record to report. Je kunt goed projectmatig werken en weet overzicht te houden over de werkvoorraad. Je hebt kennis van lean.
